My work is rooted in the visual language of the medieval world: illuminated manuscripts, woodcut impressions, and ancient iconography. As a printmaker, I reach back through time, seeking to revive the symbolic depth and narrative traditions of antiquity through the carved surface of relief print. Each print becomes an invocation of the past, patiently cut and carefully shaped in reverence to historical methods, guided by a fascination with the esoteric and the unknown. Through the union of antiquity and handcraft, I strive to create illuminated relief prints that carry the echoes of ages lost to time.
